the combined services of hallstrom construction, inc. and kth architects, inc. as design/build professionals made this project with the department of military and veterans' affairs a successful one.  this $6.5 million project included alterations and an addition to the existing army national guard facility.  the project was completed on time and under the owner's budget.  the design process was completed over a period of 4 months with the construction portion being completed in 12 months.
