in 1999, hallstrom construction, inc. constructed this new 48-bed personal care and alzheimer's addition and renovation of the existing 224-bed skilled care nursing facility for independent living units.  also renovations for an outpatient rehabilitation clinic, relocation of the existing loading dock and support services and the renovation of the existing nursing home wing to create nine independent living suites rounded out the nearly 24,000 square foot project.
