in 2007, a new 13,700 square foot corporate office/branch bank was constructed by hallstrom construction, inc. directly next to the former facility while keeping it in service.  the "down time" was extremely minimal even though the new drive-thru canopy extended into the roof at the existing facility on an extremely tight site.  the project was a steel-bearing, masonry shell with a wood trussed roof.  the new building was constructed in 9 months and demolotion of the former facility was included in hallstrom's scope of work.

this design/build project carries a value of $2,843,894.
